Booking deposit policy
All bookings are required to leave a $50 booking deposit. Cancellations, no-shows or any changes to your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment will incur the loss of your booking deposit — this includes cancellations or reschedules due to illness.
The booking deposit is yours to utilise at your appointment or roll over to your following appointment (preferred)
hAIR EXTENTIONS
At Golden Mane, all hair extension services require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is used to specially order your hair extensions and therefore is strictly non-refundable. Once the deposit is paid, we immediately place and order for the hair to be customised for you. Because of this, we are unable to refund deposits for cancellations or changes.
By paying a deposit, you are agreeing to these terms.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or changing an appointment in order to allow someone else to book in for that time slot.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the booking deposit being forfeited (this includes general sickness)
We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment to give you 24 hours to confirm or make any changes to your appointment before the cancellation fee period.
Appointment times
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late please let us know. We will do everything we can to accommodate you however please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment or may not have time to complete the whole service in which case you will need to make another booking.
